Mr. Fleming immediately filed a complaint against the restaurant for mistreatment of him. "It's a serious injustice, and I am deeply insulted" he said.
After the knowlegde of the management of the company of filing a case of Mr. Fleming, they immediately issued a press release. They said that Mr. Flemmings was regrettable personal initiative from an overzealous franchise manager.
Their primary hearing should take place at the Springfield District Court.
