The teams from the local Albuera police and Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) made the operation. Chief Inspector Jovie Espenido, chief of the Albuera police, said they were able to secure a search warrant after receiving positive information that kilograms of shabu are being stored in the compound.
The operatives group found a volume of drugs with a value of 88 million pesos and ammonium nitrate, blasting caps, firing wires and black powder for making of explosive devices.
There's no yet charges filed against the mayor for the seizure of drugs and explosive ingredients.
