CHINA NUCLEAR CAPABLE-BOMBER FLIES OVER SCARBOROUGH SHOAL

A report on News to Go said that the photo was posted by account of the People’s Liberation Army Air Force in the Chinese social media site Weibo.

China flaunted a picture of its nuclear-capable bomber plane flying over the disputed Scarborough Shoal, three days after the release of the Permanent Court of Arbitration's favorable ruling on the case filed by the Philippines against the Asian giant.

A photo of the H-6K long range nuclear-capable bomber was posted on the Twitter account of China's State Council Information Office. The H-6K can fire nuclear-armed cruise missile in locations across the Pacific including Singapore, Guam, and Japan.

In its ruling released July 12, the PCA said China "violated the Philippines' sovereign rights in its exclusive economic zone."

There was no evidence that China had historically exercised exclusive control over the waters or their resources.  The Tribunal concluded that there was no legal basis for China to claim historic rights to resources within the sea areas falling within the 'nine-dash line,'" the Tribunal declared.

China has ignore the ruling.
